We are very proud to congratulate christiane who got 1st place at our 15th Skat Tournament, which took place on the 23rd of April 2010 followed by Mr. Uwe Kowaleski who came 2nd place, and 3rd place Mr. Michael vonGoeler.

Traditional smelt - fish - eating

On Monday, the 8th of February 2010, we had our traditional smelt - fish - eating at the restaurant "Zur Ochtumbrücke" in Bremen - Strom with our clients and suppliers.

We had a nice and long evening, with excellent food and drinks.

Apprenticeship successfully finished

We are very proud to congratulate Lena Wiedemann on behalf of her successfully finished apprenticeship for the travel business !!

Lena stays in the German Travel Department and will work for the travel company Flight Store Ltd. on Cyprus at the end of March for some months, to experience and gain international expertise.

For her further job career we wish her all the best and success.

For some time now you have been loyal customers of Wenzel Marine Consultants Travel division. For that we are very grateful and sincerely thank you.

From the 17th of June 2009, what has been a division of the Wenzel Marine Consultancy Group will become a stand alone exclusive travel consultancy company: FLIGHT STORE LTD.

Flight Store, with it’s own IATA licence and dedicated team of professional expertise in booking, pricing and ticketing, giving you a new even better 24 hour seven day a week service, takes over today.

We will continue to operate from the same offices and retain the same telephone numbers. Only our email address and website will change. The old email addresses will work for some time.

Skatturnier

Our traditional Wenzel Marine "14th Skat Turnier Cyrus" has been held in Limassol on the 29th of May 2009. All the players had a great time and games where at the top of challenges. We thank all of you and congratulations to the winner Mr. Daniel Gerber who happily won the most famous Cyprus smoke leg ham (Xiromeni).

New Warehouse in Brinkum

Since March our new building for the admission of ship spare parts into warehouse has been completed for our customers in the Marine business.
Core of our warehouse is a computer controlled shelfsystem for having an orderly storage and a systematically access to the different spare parts.
The eaves height has been increased to 6 m, to be able to gather the shelves that has been engineered by specialits of logistics.

Welcome to Brinkum

Andri Kefalou changed her place of work. She moved from Limassol/Cyprus to Brinkum/Germany. We wish her all the best for this new start.

Once more, our annual "Zypern Skatturnier" was held at the Wenzel Marine office in Limassol on the 7th of November 2008.
We had a great time and success with stiff challenges.

Day of the Sea 2008

Wenzel Marine team once more present on a voluntary scheme, but mostly for the great spirit and enthusiasm you all showed on Sunday the 28. September 2008.

Christening

Mr. Anonymus has finally got a name! From the many entries we received, the judges finally plumped for "PEPE" - because it´s chic, international and also a bit cheeky! Thank you to all those who took part for their creative ideas and in particular to Stephanie Seefeld from the shipping company Rigel, or should we say "PEPE´s godmother"?, who scooped the weekend trip away. Congratulations!

SMM in Hamburg

The impending SMM in Hamburg is the most important trade fair for the maritime industry and this year will see Wenzel Marine represented on its own stand for the very first time. This has created a good deal of excitement: will the stand be ready in time, do we need any more material for the brochure?
There are still some important questions to be answered, such as which brand of beer to offer, because we really want you to feel welcome at our stand.

March 2008 TMI Seminary in Cyprus

On 22nd & 23rd of March 2008, our Teambuilding Seminar at Pissouri Resort Cyprus was held. Wenzel Marine has grown in number bringing with need to integrate our new members into Wenzel Marine way of life. All the Team has been very pleased and it was a great succes.

April 2008 Bowling Night

On 16th of April we all went to bowling competition in Limassol and had a great time. Everybody had tried their best for reaching at least one Strike.
