Trainees go to sea

We at Wenzel Marine believe that it is of high importance for all our trainees – whether they train for an office job or for a technical position – to see the components we are dealing with in the environment they are used in. That‘s why at Wenzel Marine all trainees are required to travel on board a seagoing vessel at least once during their vocational training to get first-hand experience. 

Tobias Klose is training for an office job at Wenzel Marine right now. Here he talks about the insights and experiences he gained during such a voyage.
